- Do you offer wine tasting?
- No, So sorry about that!
- Do I need to bring chairs?
- Yes! Chairs or blankets; all lawn seating.
- Can I bring in food/ snacks?
- Yes! We do sell light charcuterie in the Tasting Room and we will have a food truck on site for each concert. Check our website or Facebook to see who will be here! ALL ice chests will be thoroughly checked.
- Can I bring in outside drink?
- You can bring in sealed, non-alcoholic beverages. Beverage containers such as a Yeti or McConnell Estates growlers must be empty upon entrance. Outside alcohol is PROHIBITED on McConnell Estates premises. ALL ice chests will be thoroughly checked.
- Can I bring my kids?
- Yes! All children 10 or older require a ticket.
- Can I bring my dog?
- Dogs are not allowed into our concerts; service dogs okay.
- Can I pick up my Wine Club release at a concert?
- Due to high traffic at our music events we do not allow pick-ups at Free Music Friday or our concerts. Please pick up releases during Tasting Rooms hours of Thursday through Sunday from 11-5p.
- Are there refunds?
- No. We do not issue refunds for any of our ticketed events. McConnell Estates Winery does not participate in the resale of tickets. McConnell Estates does not recommend purchasing tickets from people you do not know.
- Do the concerts sell out?
- Yes! For the past 4 years we have sold out every concert. When concert is deemed SOLD OUT there will be no tickets offered at the door. McConnell Estates recommends purchasing tickets early to guarantee your spot!
- Can we come prior to 5:30p?
- Gates open at 5:30 sharp; chairs and blankets are NOT allowed to be set-up prior to gates opening. The winery shuts down between 5p-5:30p to transition to the concert.
- Do you reserve spots on the lawn?
- No. All seating is first come serve. The gates open at 5:30; chairs and blankets are NOT allowed to be set-up prior to gates opening.
- Are ice or ice buckets available on-site?
- No. We do not have an ice machine on-site. You are welcome to bring in an ice chest to keep your wine chilled; all ice chests will be checked on entrance.
