Private Event Packages:

  • Includes 3 hours of active event time, plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup
  • Extra hours available at a rate of $500 per hour, between 10:00am-10:00pm
  • Includes setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, outdoor furniture (if applicable), restrooms, and parking
  • Beverage package is in addition to the venue fee and includes bartenders, glassware and unlimited pours of the chosen beverage package. Options are available for cocktail hour, full event beverage service and non-alcoholic beverages. Our packages include wine, beer, seltzer and wine-based cocktails. We are a wine/beer only facility - no hard alcohol or liquor is allowed on-site.
  • Venue packages do not include table decor, catering, DJ or table settings. You can work with any outside vendor you choose so long as they are licensed and insured to industry standard.
