Reservation Information:
Tastings with 8 guests or less are free to reserve and can be accomodated inside our tasting room or outside on our tasting room lawn with vineyard backdrop. Our outside seating contains plenty of shade coverage. We provide all tables and chairs, and 2 hours maximum of reservation time. You are welcome to bring your own picnic-style food or snacks (no on-site catering is allowed). No outside beverages are allowed and only tabletop decor is allowed with this reservation; no confetti, glitter, streamers, or non-biodegradeable decor are allowed on MEW property.
Dogs are always welcome outdoors at McConnell Estates!

Tastings with 9 - 30 guests are subject to a $10 fee per guest and can be reserved through our Events Manager. This fee is required to secure the reservation and can be accomodated outside on our tasting room lawn. It includes all tables and chairs, and 3 hours maximum of reservation time. This is a great option for large group tastings, birthday parties, or corporate outings. You are welcome to bring your own picnic-style food or snacks (no on-site catering is allowed). No outside beverages are allowed and only tabletop decor is allowed with this reservation; no confetti, glitter, streamers, or non-biodegradeable decor are allowed on MEW property. We require a 4 bottle minimum purchase with this reservation.

Events with 31 or more guests require a private event rental. Our private event packages gain you private access to our outdoor events lawn, furnished cocktail courtyard, historic barn, or after-hours tasting room rentals. We require a beverage package to be purchased with our private rentals. You are welcome to work with any outside vendor of your choosing with these rentals. No confetti, glitter, streamers or non-biodegradeable decor are allowed on MEW property.
